This event just keeps growing, and this year promises to be the best yet. Perfect for both novices and experts, the fast, flat course is almost guaranteed to give you a Personal Best. What's more, with the route leading through the beautiful and cultural City of Cardiff, you'll have fun doing it!
You can run for your personal achievement, or to raise money for your favourite cause, and of course we would absolutely love it if you raised money for Barnardo's Cymru! We don't ask you to raise a specific amount - whatever you can raise will be gratefully received and put to work in Wales.
